Starting at River Crest Hospital as a supervisee of Dr. Berkshire, Licensed Psychologist, Addie Marquez gained the expertise and passion to aid others in overcoming substance abuse and treating a wide variety of mood disorders in both inpatient and intensive outpatient settings seeing civilians of all ages between senior and child, active duty personnel, and veterans. Addie Marquez currently works as a mental health clinician with Texas Tech University's Psychiatry Department via the Texas Child Healthcare Access Through Telemedicine (TCHATT Program) to further help children and their families throughout the area of West Texas. This private practice was created to further amplify and utilize treatment opportunities for whatever your concern is from the comfort of your own home, and at your own pace on an outpatient, individual therapy basis. This practice utilizes empirically supported therapeutic methods, and takes your expertise and experience in to account, to deliver an overall tailored approach that makes science consistently work for you. Currently seeing adults and children with help from their families on an out-of-pocket basis. My approach in working with children is that while kids may not want their parents to know everything, parents must be actively involved to ensure both their child's safety and to give further opportunities for stability and supportive care at home.
